1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, business information, and payment information when you join NABA or register for events. We also collect information about your membership tier, directory listings, and usage of the member portal.

2. Payment information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. NABA does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment account details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: process your membership and payments; send you membership-related communications including renewal notices, legislative alerts, and conference information; display your listing in the NABA public directory (if you have opted in); and improve our services and website.

4. Directory listings

If you purchase a directory add-on or have directory listing included in your membership tier, certain information you provide — including your name or agency name, phone number, website, states and counties served, and license number — will be publicly visible in the NABA directory. You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us or through the member portal.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our website and processing payments (including Stripe and Sanity). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of NABA and its members.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session when logged in to the member portal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in to the member portal.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@nationalassociationofbailagents.org. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days subject to any legal retention requirements.
