1. Acceptance
By joining NABA, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or create a membership.
2. Membership
NABA membership is subject to approval and may be revoked for conduct that is harmful to the association, its members, or the secured bail profession. Memberships are individual or organizational, non-transferable, and billed annually. One entity per membership account — a bail agency and a separate recovery company require separate memberships.
3. Billing and cancellation
Memberships are billed annually and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the member portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
4. Directory listings
By submitting a directory listing, you represent that all information is accurate and that you hold all required licenses for the jurisdictions listed. NABA reserves the right to remove or reject any listing at its discretion. NABA does not verify license status and is not liable for inaccurate listing information.
5. Voting rights
Voting rights are limited to Voting Members and Agency Members (one vote per agency, owner/principal only) in good standing at the time of election or vote. NABA's determination of membership status and voting eligibility is final.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, is owned by NABA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute NABA content without written permission, except as necessary to use membership benefits.
